Standard Shipping:  5 - 7 business days

Expedited Shipping:  2 - 3 business days

Express Shipping: 1 - 2 business days

PROCESSING  TIME

Orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days

Customs order may take 5 - 7 business days

Delivery time varies by location (7 - 21 business days).

TACKING  AND  SUPPORT

You should receive a shipping notification with a tracking information once your order ships. Keep in mind that the shipping carrier may delay when placing an order on a weekend or holiday may push the delivery date.

Shipping rate calculated at checkout based on location & order weight, a tracking number is send via email. Use our track My Order page for  for real time updates. Free shipping on orders over $150 (USA ONLY).

No processing on weekend & Holidays.

We do not accept returns, due to the fact that if someone does return something we can't resell it for sanitary purposes our products are homemade please contact us if you have problems with your order. All sales are final. You can be confident that the products you receive from us are clean, new, and untampered. Orders returned  as undeliverable will be subject to a redelivery fee and not eligible for a refund.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
Luxe by Fancey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Some countries may experience longer shipping times due to customs processing.
